Printed foot-notes. Condition: GOOD. Binding tight and secure. Covers a little grubby with slight bumping to spine ends. Interior well-preserved, with some brown spotting to fore edge. Without previous ownership markings. Lack a dust jacket. Scarce.

Notes: The true first US printing. The book was reprinted often, many later printings bear an ISBN and have dust wrappers printed on glossy paper. Edward Alexander (Aleister) Crowley, occultist, writer, mountaineer, philosopher, and mystic (1875-1947). In many ways, the author's most important contribution to the literature of the occult.
