Condition: GOOD. Textually complete but lacking initial and terminal blanks. Binding tight and secure. Lacking spine lettering-piece. Some rubbing with minor losses to extremities. Contents mildly browned. Some erosion to title-page affecting the initial letter. Pencil writings to front and rear pastedowns and title. Extremely scarce.
Note: A reissue of the incorrectly dated "1759" [i.e. 1769] edition, with a cancel title page and the first Scottish edition. The ten letters were written to Prince Brunswick.
