Top edge gilt, other edges uneven. Illustrated endpapers - with map design. Half-title present. Numerous illustrations throughout by Ernest H. Shepard. Printed by Jarrolds and sons Ltd. Condition: VERY GOOD+. Binding tight and secure with the hinges perfectly intact. Covers clean; however, there are a couple of very small indents to the rear board. Spine ends very slightly turned, the points remaining sharp. Interior largely fresh and clean with just a few small fox spots and a neatly inked previous owner signature to fep. Lacking dust jacket.
