Title to spine, title to head of upper cover, author and publisher to foot, in between is a rectangular panel with rounded corners into which an illustration of Appley Dappley is laid on. Illustrated 'notice board' endpapers. Frontispiece and fourteen full page illustrations in colour (as called for). Condition: Very Good. Binding secure with the spine intact. Very minor bumping and rubbing to extremities. Light markings to covers and interior. Without previous ownership markings. Lacking dust jacket. [Quinby 23; Linder 225-239].
