Engraved and printed by Edmund Evans, Ltd., the Racquet Press, London. Condition: FINE. A wonderful immaculate copy, without previous ownership markings. Scarce thus.

Notes: A rare early printing of this classic children's story, profusely illustrated with the beautiful frontispiece and the 26 wonderful colour plates (printed on one side) by Beatrix Potter. Rarely found in such fine and bright condition.
