An original and rare photograph album of the Rolling Stones Gimme Shelter tour of 1969, consisting of 33 iconic b&w images of behind the scenes action and stage performances - including the infamous Altamont Speedway concert. Photograph size: 255 x 205 mm. Some of the photographs typed to the reverse with: "RELPIC presents a Maysles Film Inc Production 'The Rolling Stones GIMME SHELTER' released by 20th Century-Fox. The Film is directed by David Maysles, Albert Maysles and Charlotte Zerwin with Porter Bibb serving as Associate Producer and Ronald Schneider as Executive Producer in Association with Penforts Ltd." Condition: Photographs pasted into album, some coming loose, couple of small corner creases, generally bright and glossy.
