FIRST EDITION. Cloth-bound, hardcover, oblong (19 x 26 x 1 cm.), 26 leaves. English text. Bound in original green cloth decoratively blocked in black to upper cover. Comprising 17 b&w and 9 hand-coloured caricatures printed on one side of each leaf, loosely inserted with the original silk ribbon tie still present. All of the illustrations executed by George C. Holland, depicting in a humorous fashion, the Officers (all named) of Royal Flying Corps' aircraft repair depot in Farnborough during the First World War. Condition: GOOD. Binding secure with the the joints just beginning to split. The illustrated leaves very well-preserved. Scarce.
