Initial and terminal blanks plus half-title present. Printed by Cassell and Company. Condition: GOOD. Binding tight, secure and square. Slightly bumping and rubbing to spine ends. Slight soiling to spine. Light spotting at fore edge, the remaining textblock largely very tidy. Author's neatly inked inscription to half-title page. Lacking dust jacket. Scarce thus.

This story was first printed serially in The International Review (March-June 1919) and is saturated with ideas of educational reform and the teaching of world history.
