Latin text in Roman letter in up to 46 lines, interspersed with occasional words and paragraphs in Greek, with surrounding commentary in small characters in lines of sixty and shoulder notes. Index at front in four columns on unpaginated leaves. Numerous and variable decorative woodcut floriated and historiated capitals. Ten repeat woodcut illustrations of Pliny working at a desk. Terminal blank present.
Condition: Collated complete. Binding secure. Head perhaps a little short, otherwise margins correct. Largely fresh interior, the leaves generally very clean with very occasional signs of light browning. No marginalia or inking. Scarce post-incunabulum.
