Beautifully bound in soft leather with gilt lettering on spine and gilt portrait of Dickens on upper cover; a.e.g.; half-title; seven illustrations including a frontispiece. Condition: NEAR FINE. Binding tight and secure with the joints and hinges perfectly intact, the covers very well-preserved. Light browning to endpapers plus a gift inscription, otherwise the interior remains excellent. A charming and scarce miniature edition.
