Colour illustrations throughout. Condition: NEAR FINE. Slight sticker mark to rear cover, tiny closed tear to front endpaper, otherwise near fine. Extremely scarce. Notes: The series was first issued by Dennison in 1909 but the concept didn’t take immediately, thus the next issue was released in 1912. Except for 1918 and 1932, Dennison issued one annually through 1935. Bogie Books provided an array of party activities, costume ideas, and decorating advice using Dennison’s paper goods. Print runs were small and these books are avidly collected today. The current Twelfth Edition, and was published in 1924. Dennison produced a mind-boggling assortment of paper goods to be used for holiday decorating, and their Bogie Books were published to help hostesses create a festive atmosphere. This edition has 32 numbered pages, and compelling wrap-around cover art. The graphics and pictures are magnificent examples of Halloween artistry and glimpses of yesteryear.
