Bound in contemporary half-calf, spine gilt with contrasting morocco lettering-pieces; volume 1 with a portrait frontispiece; printed foot-notes throughout. Printed by S. and R. Bentley. Condition: VERY GOOD. Binding tight and secure with the hinges and joints intact, some light rubbing to extremities. The interiors with some very light intermittent scattered foxing, the title-page and frontispiece toned. A handsome set.
