Notes: Scarce first edition. A fascinating book regarding the history of witchcraft and demonology, written by Montague Summers, an English author, clergyman and teacher who was known for his eclectic personality and obscure interests. This work was highly popular, and led him to continue writing works on the occult, including studies on vampires and werewolves.
