Covers with some fading and marks. Inscribed front endpaper with a tear and piece missing. Interior largely well-preserved, although p.184-185 heavily stained. A sound copy of this children's classic.

Notes: This timeless classic was first published in 1899 and reissued under various titles including "The New Wizard of Oz" in 1903 by Bobbs-Merrill. While this book is dated 1903, it is a 1920s -1930s reissue of the first edition and considered rare. It contains 15 full-page plates by W. W. Denslow, 8 of which are in full colour.
