Pickersgill, John Tenniel, Birket Foster, Felix Darley, Jasper Cropsey, P. Duggan, Percival Skelton and A. M. Madot - done under superintendence of Joseph Cundall, engraved head- and tail-pieces and initial letters by W. Harry Rogers. Printed by Richard Clay. Condition: Good to very good.
